EVSE Rebate Request Form

Up to $500 Rebate for the purchase and installation of a LEVEL 2 EV Charging Station:

• Refund in the amount of the lesser of cost of charger plus installation (excluding tax) or $500.
• Funding limited; refunds provided on a first-come-first-served basis as applications are received.
• Limit of two (2) refunds per account.

Details & Conditions

1. Available to electric customers of MPU who install the Level 2 EV Charging Station at their premise. MPU may inspect the premise to verify the installation of the Level 2 EV Charging Station.
2. Program is valid and effective as of July 12, 2021. Purchases and/or installations before this approved date will not be eligible for this rebate.
3. Submit with the application the original sales receipt and installation invoice (if applicable) within 90 days of the purchase date on the sales receipt.
4. Refund will not exceed cost of charger and installation (excluding tax).
5. No more than two (2) refunds per account.
6. At MPU’s sole discretion, the program may be discontinued at any time and for any reason.
