High Winds Cause Power Outage

Strong winds caused a power outage on Manitowoc’s southeast side early Wednesday evening. About 500 customers were without power for 45 minutes in the area bounded by S. 10^th, Division, S. 23^rd, and Viebahn Streets. Power was restored to the area by 7:00 PM.
