Report A Street Light Out

Manitowoc Public Utilities maintains nearly 5,000 street and security lights in the City of Manitowoc. The Utility has an ongoing replacement and repair program, but malfunctioning lights are not noticed during normal working hours. The Utility relies on after-hours reports from customers, employees, and police to identify lights that need attention.

If you notice that a street light in your neighborhood is out, cycling on and off, or burning continuously, please e-mail this form.
